Create your account and get started

Quick start

  1. Go to Time → Timesheet
  2. Click + Track time
  3. Select project and task
  4. Add a brief note
  5. Start timer (or enter duration manually)
Keyboard shortcut: Press N to create a new entry, ESC to close.

Click Submit week for approval

Click again to confirm
Once approved, timesheets lock. Need changes after? Message Guga on Slack.

Common mistakes

  • Leaving timers running overnight
  • Submitting with a timer still running
  • Waiting until Friday to log everything
  • Vague or blank notes
