Set up Harvest
Create your account and get started
Quick start
- Go to Time → Timesheet
- Click + Track time
- Select project and task
- Add a brief note
- Start timer (or enter duration manually)
N to create a new entry, ESC to close.

Submit weekly

Go to Timesheet
Time → Timesheet

Submit
Click Submit week for approval

Confirm
Click again to confirm
Once approved, timesheets lock. Need changes after? Message Guga on Slack.
Common mistakes
- Leaving timers running overnight
- Submitting with a timer still running
- Waiting until Friday to log everything
- Vague or blank notes
