# Time Tracking & Billing

> How time tracking and invoicing work

## How it works

Our engineers embed directly into your team and track tasks in **your project management system** (Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.). For billing, they also log hours in Harvest.

## Two options for reporting

| **Integrate your PM with Harvest** | Full task-level accounting tied to your tickets |
| **Timesheets only**                | Weekly hour totals with brief work descriptions |

## What you'll receive

* Weekly timesheets showing hours worked
* Notes describing work performed (if not using PM integration)
* Monthly invoices based on approved time

## Billing

Invoices are generated from approved timesheets. Billing cadence and terms are defined in your agreement with ThirstySprout.
